Payment is required in full within 3 days of booking.

Availability may change during the negotiation of this booking.
 
Once a purchase has been made, the sale is final.

CANCELLATIONS
 If you need to cancel your booking you can do so without incurring a fee if your cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the arrival date.
 Your booking will then be cancelled and you will be issued a credit note for your purchase amount which will allow you to rebook with us again within 12 months from the date issued.
 If you need to cancel your booking within 30 days from your arrival date, this will incur a fee of 1 nights accommodation, then you will again be issued a credit note for the balance.

Please note that a refundable $200 cash key deposit is required per set of keys on arrival at the accommodation. This will be refunded on departure upon return of the keys. A valid credit card number is also required as a security deposit for the accommodation.
